At Witchwood Bags, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase; if you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack your bag in its original dust cover and shipping box, ensuring you include the printed return authorization form inside.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our coven inspects your return for quality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
