We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made or personalized bags are final sale.

We pride ourselves on using high-quality, ethically sourced materials. Each product description specifies whether the item is made from top-grain leather or our premium vegan alternative.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, all our bags come with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in hardware, stitching, and craftsmanship.

To maintain the longevity of your bag, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and moisture. Use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning and apply a leather conditioner every 6 months if applicable.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Order modifications must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we are unable to make changes.
